I’m a lifelong learner who never outgrew the why phase of a five-year-old—only now, I get paid to ask better questions. With over 20 years of experience in Market Research and Brand Strategy, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, banking, and education to uncover meaningful insights and design strategies that deepen the connection between brands and their customers.
What inspires me? The opportunity to turn data into action. I believe that behind every data point is a human being with needs, goals, and emotions—and helping businesses use that understanding to create real impact is what drives me.
I hold an MBA in Consumer Behavior from Cornell University and ESADE, which shaped my people-centered, data-driven approach to solving complex challenges. My purpose is to use creativity as a tool for transformation. That’s why I trained as a facilitator at the Creative Problem-Solving Institute in New York and as part of the Design Thinking team at the LUMA Institute/Mural—so I can bring collaborative, creative methodologies to every project I lead.
I believe innovation comes from curiosity, deep listening, and challenging assumptions. My best ideas often happen outdoors, where I can observe quietly and think freely—because sometimes, the most powerful insights come when you give your mind the space to wander.

I’m always up for a challenge—whether it’s solving a complex business problem, running a marathon, or setting sail on a new adventure. With over 25 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Business Improvement, I’ve led high-impact initiatives across the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries—fields where navigating complexity is not just valuable, it’s essential.
At Lateral Strategy, I help businesses grow smarter by aligning strategies, optimizing resources, and strengthening organizational capabilities. My focus is on transforming data into practical strategies that drive efficiency and promote sustainable, long-term growth.
I studied Sociology at Boston University, earned my Master’s degree at NYU, and completed Executive Education at Wharton. I’m also a Certified Human-Centered Design Practitioner through the LUMA Institute, which enables me to approach every challenge with a people-centered and results-driven mindset.
I’ve learned that meaningful impact doesn’t just happen—it’s planned, anticipated, and driven by action. I believe the best ideas often come from unexpected places, whether it’s a breakthrough during a brainstorming session or a quiet insight found between the pages of a great book.
